WELCOME TO MALLORCA! Wecan’twaitforyouto pick up your car and startenjoyingyourstayonourwonderfulisland. Belowyouwillfindtheindicationsfor you to find your car at the Palma de Majorca airport with our Smartlock system and start your rental:
Once you have your luggage, exit the building through gate 4 (image 1) and go to the parking building, located just in front of the terminal, through the pedestrian walkway (image 2).
2. Once inside the car park building (image 3), take the escalator or lift to the floor where your vehicle is parked (image 4). You will need to consult the link you have received on your mobile phone to find out the location of your car.
3. When you are on the correct floor (image 5), look at the painted letters on the columns (image 6) and the numbering painted on the floor of each parking space (image 7).
4. Once you are in front of the vehicle assigned to your reservation (image 8), follow the instructions to formalise the rental process with our Smartlock system. You will find the button to check-in in the booking confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: Verify that the registration number of the parked vehicle matches the registration number assigned to your reservation.
5. Rememberthatifyouhavenotfinisheduploadingallyourdocumentation, youwillneedto do so in orderto open thevehicle. Sometimesduetothelimited internet connection at theairport, thisprocess can take a few minutes. Werecommendyouto do thisprocessbeforeyourarrival in Mallorca, but in case youhavenot done it, please be patient. Ifyou are unabletouploadyourdocuments, pleasecontactinfo@roig.com or call (+34) 971 74 43 14.
6. Once youhaveopenedthe car, youwillfindthekey and the parking ticket in theglovecompartmentofthevehicle. Rememberthatyouwillhavetopaytheamountofthe ticket at the cash machines beforeyourdeparture.

For car hire we get their shuttle bus to their Son Oms site 5 minutes away, and then you're away from the push and shove, and pressure, of the car hire desks in the airport terminal. There's never been a queue when we've been there, and the staff are professional and engaged with dealing with you. No upselling or nasty suprises. We've been upgraded once to a larger car, which was most welcome. Son Oms is at Junction 10 of MA19 and right next to a petrol station (who fill the car up for you) so nice and easy for the return. We've hired from Palma Airport/Son Oms twice, and Cala d'Or once and returned it to Son Oms. Each office, and every member of staff has been great and easy to deal with.read less

Cala Varques is one of the most beautiful coves in Mallorca; a natural and unspoiled beach with fine white sand, about 70 metres long and a secluded location surrounded by pine trees and rocks that make it a unique place worth visiting.
On this pristine beach there are no services, no beach bars and no toilets. With its crystal clear waters, it’s ideal for snorkelling. Also, this beach has a number of caves, both on land and underwater, such as the Cueva del Pirata (Pirate’s Cave) or the Cova des Coloms (Coloms Cave).
The best way to reach Cala Varques is to follow the hiking path from Cala Romántica; this path takes about 50 minutes/1 hour.
Other excursion options near Cala Varques are the caves in the area, such as the Cuevas del Drach or the Cuevas del Hams, in Porto Cristo. If you go to Manacor, don’t miss the Rafa Nadal Xperience Museum.

What to see in Mondrago Natural Park
The Mondragó Natural Park, declared in 1992, is a protected natural reserve. It is located in the municipality of Santanyí and is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca. Its flora and fauna, characteristic of the region, form unique landscapes that combine the sea and the mountains. Within the park there are different routes and circuits to get to know it better. Many of these routes are also suitable for excursions with children.
A very striking feature of this environment is the union of two beaches: Mondragó beach and S’Amarador beach. Mondragó beach, which can be reached from Santanyi, has a parking lot 5 minutes walk from the beach and next to it is the park’s information point, where you can get information about all the routes. At this beach there is a shower service to remove the sand, a restaurant with lunch and dinner service and the beginning of some of the routes. The beach of S’Amarador, which can be accessed from the municipality of Felanitx, has a parking lot less than 500 metres from the beach, from where the rest of the routes of the Natural Park begin.
The connection between these two beaches is made by a path that surrounds the sea, where you can see numerous boats and many bathers who enjoy this magnificent place during summer.
Just 15 minutes walk away, about 1 kilometre, and passing the small cove of Caló d’es Borgit, is the cove of Sa Barca Trencada. This cove of fine white sand and crystal clear waters has a beach bar and a dive shop and is surrounded by Mallorcan pine trees, scrubland and holm oak forests. There is free parking near the beach, and if you are looking for a longer walk, you can walk along Cap des Moro to Punta des Savinar.

Download Endesa’s JuicePass App for free on your Smarthpone.
As soon as you open the application, you will see a map of Mallorca with all the available recharge points. Reserve the recharge point for 15 minutes, in the location that best suits you, so that it will be available upon your arrival.
Once you have arrived at the location, connect the charger to your vehicle and swipe the JuicePass card through the magnetic strip of the charging point.
