Every dealing with this company has been easy, and hassle free. For car hire we get their shuttle bus to their Son Oms site 5 minutes away, and then you're away from the push and shove, and pressure, of the car hire desks in the airport terminal. There's never been a queue when we've been there, and the staff are professional and engaged with dealing with you. No upselling or nasty suprises. We've been upgraded once to a larger car, which was most welcome. Son Oms is at Junction 10 of MA19 and right next to a petrol station (who fill the car up for you) so nice and easy for the return. We've hired from Palma Airport/Son Oms twice, and Cala d'Or once and returned it to Son Oms. Each office, and every member of staff has been great and easy to deal with.read less

Only thing is need to make sure car is returned on time. Our flights got moved around we had to return 6 hours later than expect and when we went to head over to drop the car it wouldn't turn on.
Called the company and within 5 minutes we had it unblocked and were back on the road.
Would highly recommend their service. Car was clean, and ready (mid size VW suv) and a fair price.read less
