   Wir haben einen Bus mit Fahrer gemietet, um einen Junggesellenabschied in Palma zu feiern. Was soll ich sagen? Es war wirklich perfekt! Die Abwicklung war total unkompliziert und wir hatten die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Der Bus war sehr komfortabel und bequem und perfekt für große Gruppen wie unsere (wir waren 30 Leute!). Ich würde den Service auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

   Meiner Meinung nach absolut enttäuschend und irreführend in Bezug auf überraschende Zusatzkosten. Über ein Online-Preisvergleichsportal wurde ich auf ROIG aufmerksam, habe im Mai 2023 ein Fahrzeug gebucht und direkt komplett bezahlt. Rund sechs Monate später wurde ich bei der Abholung des Fahrzeugs zu einer zusätzlichen Zahlung von 195 € für das vollständige Versicherungspaket gezwungen. Diese Kosten fallen an, wenn man keine Kreditkarte besitzt und ja, im Kleingedruckten steht das auch wie ich vor Ort belehrt wurde. Leider war diese Information im Vergleichsportal nicht ersichtlich. Somit war dieses Angebot für mich nicht mehr annähernd das günstigste. Meiner Meinung hat das Methode, denn auch als ich anbot, alternativ zur Versicherung eine größere Summe als Sicherheitsleistung zu hinterlegen (z.B. als Vormerkung auf meiner Debit-Karte), war dies angeblich technisch nicht möglich. Zwei Sätze später informierte mich die Mitarbeiterin dann, dass sie für einen etwaig nicht aufgefüllten Kraftstofftank bei Rückgabe eine Vormerkung von 140 € auf meiner Debitkarte durchführen muss (also technisch doch möglich). Zum Glück gibt es eine Vielzahl von Alternativen auf Mallorca.

   A melhor experiência de rent-a-car que já tive. As empresas de rent-a-car costumam tentar sempre tirar mais dinheiro por algum lado, não foi o caso desta. Preços justos, reserva fácil, levantamento e entrega do carro muito rápida e eficiente e não inventam nada à chegada ou na entrega para pagar extra. Uma pena que só exista em Maiorca esta empresa. O carro estava em excelentes condições também.

   Unser Verein organisiert hin und wieder Kulturausflüge, sowohl für Mitglieder als auch für alle anderen. Wir haben schon mehrmals einen Bus bei Roig gemietet und fanden den Service wirklich gut. Die Busse sind sehr komfortabel und modern, der Preis ist angemessen und das Team ist sehr aufmerksam.

   We usually travel as a whole family (grandparents, kids & grandchildren), so it was nice to find this minibus service which allowed us to get from the airport to our rented house with no problems at all. The driver was there on time and easy to spot, so we decided on a few days out too during our stay and booked with Roig once again. This service made our holidays so easy, especially as my mother has difficulty walking long distances. Would highly recommend.
