   Roig in Palma de Mallorca are the best! I have used them for the last 2 years and am a VIP Client. I wouldn’t use anyone else now. They always look after me and I often get upgraded! The cars are brand new and their service is faultless. They offer a really good price which includes full insurance, no €1000 euros on a credit card as a deposit. I use their shuttle bus service to and from the airport. 
 They are always friendly, punctual and an absolute pleasure to deal with. 
 Thank you Roig and I’ll see you again in a few weeks!

 Disponen de una flota de vehículos impecable, con últimos modelos que adquieren nuevos cada año, en 2017 ha sido noticia por ser el primer rent a car en ofrecer el Tesla S 60, el coche eléctrico con mayor autonomía del mercado. Ofrecen más de 35 modelos diferentes, desde los más económicos: Toyota Aygo, Citroën DS3... hasta los más exclusivos, como el BMW Serie 7 Executive o el Porsche Carrera 911 S. Los precios que ofrecen son reales: el precio que ofrecen online es el que pagarás al recoger tu vehículo, sin suplementos ocultos ni extras obligatorios. Su transparencia 100%, la calidad de su flota y el excelente servicio que ofrecen lo convierten en mi opinión, en el mejor rent a car para alquilar un coche en Mallorca.

   NO CONTRATEN CON ESTA EMPRESA!!  Horroroso , el trato al cliente si es una emergencia penoso, solo estan de 8 a 8 y si te pasa algo fuera de ese horario te aguantas. Ahora mismo estoy esperando a que vengan con la llave de repuesto que he perdido. Su respuesta… ya te llamaremos. Tenia el pack tranquilidad contratado , super tranquilo me dejan. Siguiente actuación me llama otra chica y me dice que voy a tener que pagar un taxy 96€ para que vengan a darme las llave que existía la opción de llevarlas al hotel pero no me dijeron nada .1:30 de espera me da la chica. Al final la gracia me salió por 200€. No contraten con esta empresa y menos el paquete tranquilidad.

   Very happy with Roig service! We rented a 7 seater for 3 days, everything went as expected. The service of airport shuttle is very fast and receptionist was also very effective. I recommend and will use again If I return to Mallorca.
