In addition to the facilities we offer completely free of charge, we have other services that will make your experience simply perfect.
Below is a summary of all the extras we offer so you can add them to your booking in the quickest and most convenient way. You can select them online along with your reservation or contact us for more information. As always, we’ll be happy to assist and guide you.
Pick-up and drop-off service at the airport
We offer a pick-up and drop-off service directly at Palma de Mallorca Airport. For this, one of our staff members will be waiting for you at the meeting point. This service has an extra cost of €25 per service (€50 for pick-up and return) with our Relax rate. However, with our new Smartlock rate, which allows you to unlock the car independently without assistance, the supplement will be €15 per service (€30 for pick-up and return).
You also have the option of coming to our office with our free Shuttle bus, a minibus that will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal and will take you to our office (located just 5 minutes away), where we will hand over your car.
Baby seats and booster seats
Planning to travel to Mallorca with children? In that case, ROIG Mobility & Experiences can help, as we offer child car seats so the little ones can travel comfortably and safely.
You have the option to choose from four types of seats:
• Maxicosi, ideal for those traveling with babies under 10 kg. It allows them to travel lying down and securely fastened, with maximum comfort.
• Car seat, perfect for children weighing between 9 and 18 kg.
• Booster seat with backrest. This accessory is ideal for children weighing between 15 and 25 kg.
• Booster, suitable for children weighing between 22 and 36 kg.
The installation of these accessories is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, ROIG Mobility & Experiences will not be held liable for any issues that may arise from improper use.
You also have the option of coming to our office with our free Shuttle bus, a minibus that will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal and will take you to our office (located just 5 minutes away), where we will hand over your car.
Night-time pick-up and drop-off
At ROIG Mobility & Experiences, we strive to adapt as much as possible to your schedule, even if you need your rental car in Mallorca during the early hours. If your flight lands between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and you haven’t booked our Smartlock rate, we can still assist you for an additional fee of €44.
This same additional charge will apply if the return takes place between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. If you wish to pick up or drop off your vehicle at Mallorca Airport, the cost of the parking ticket will also be added to the night-time supplement.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off
If you want to pick up or drop off the car outside our offices or Palma de Mallorca Airport, you will need to pay a supplement that varies depending on the location. For this type of service, please contact us to make your reservation at info@roig.com.
This same additional charge will apply if the return takes place between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. If you wish to pick up or drop off your vehicle at Mallorca Airport, the cost of the parking ticket will also be added to the night-time supplement.
Airport parking ticket
The parking ticket at Palma de Mallorca Airport is the responsibility of the customer. However, the amount will never exceed €12. That said, if you prefer not to pay it, remember that we offer a free shuttle bus that will pick you up at the airport and take you to our headquarters, located just a few minutes away, where we will hand over your car.
Peace of mind pack
To give you even greater peace of mind and help you enjoy your holiday, we offer our Peace of Mind Pack. By purchasing this package, you’ll be covered in the following cases:
– Roadside assistance for flat tires. You won’t have to pay for the towing service—we’ll take care of everything, including the vehicle replacement.
– Fine management fees. If we are notified of a fine, you won’t be charged the additional €30 processing fee.
– Refueling with the wrong type of fuel.
– Lost or broken keys (transport to your location not included).

Going on a trip and getting lost can be quite an inconvenience. That’s why we offer several GPS service solutions to help you always reach the best destinations in Mallorca completely independently. Our basic GPS device includes:
– Online and offline navigation (works with mobile data)

– City guide (restaurants, bars, hotels, activities, attractions…) with the option to call for reservations
– Ticket purchases and discounts for tours, activities, attractions, and much more

Ensaimada reservation service
If you’ve ever wondered what those boxes are that everyone’s carrying around at Mallorca Airport—they’re ensaimadas, a traditional Mallorcan product that you’ve probably tasted more than once during your stay on the island.
At ROIG Mobility & Experiences, we offer a delivery service for ensaimadas at our Son Oms offices, so you can enjoy one of the island’s best ensaimadas at home or take it with you for your family. Don’t forget to reserve your ensaimada 48 hours in advance, and it will be ready and packaged for transport.
Third driver
If you’re traveling with family or friends and want to take turns driving or share the ride, you can add a third driver for a fee of €8/day. You must provide the documentation of all drivers at the time of car pick-up.
