We can’t wait for you to pick up your car and start enjoying your stay on our wonderful island. Below you’ll find the instructions to locate your vehicle using our Smartlock system:
If for any reason the shuttle takes more than 15 minutes to arrive, you can call us at (+34) 971 74 43 14.
2. Once you’ve arrived at our offices, look for your car in one of the rows in our parking area. In any case, the driver of our shuttle bus will let you know where it’s parked so you can find it more easily.
3. Once you’re in front of the assigned vehicle, follow the instructions to complete the rental process using our Smartlock system. You’ll find the check-in button in your booking confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the license plate of the parked vehicle matches the one assigned to your booking.
4. Remember: If you haven’t finished uploading all the required documents, you must do so in order to unlock the vehicle. Sometimes, due to limited signal coverage at the airport, this process may take a few minutes. That’s why we recommend completing it before your arrival in Mallorca.
However, if you weren’t able to upload the documents in advance, please go to the counter inside the office, and our team will assist you.
