Can I modify or cancel my reservation if I use one of ROIG Rent a Car's car rental deals?
- You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, as long as you’ve chosen the Smartlock or Relax rate. To do so, call us at (+34) 971 65 71 73 or send us an email at info@roig.com.
- If you book with the Basic rate, you will not be able to cancel your reservation. You can only modify it up to 24 hours in advance, provided you have purchased the corresponding extra “Ability to change the date/time of your reservation.” In that case, the amount paid will be kept as a credit for the customer, which can be used for a new booking within a maximum of 6 months from the date of the original reservation. After that period, the credit will expire.
Are there any extras I can book with ROIG discounts?
You can reserve a baby seat, a maxicosi, or a booster seat at no extra charge.
Is there an additional charge if I pick up my rental car in Mallorca at night?
For transfers, we will not charge any additional fees. For pickup services between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., there is a 15% additional fee over the standard rate.

Can I pick up my rental car at the Mallorca airport with a discount?
Car pick-up at the airport will take place on the fourth floor of the parking lot, where, depending on the selected rate, a different check-in process will be followed. With Smart Lock, you only need to follow the steps in the link received and locate the car in the assigned parking space. For other rates, our staff will be waiting to sign the contract and hand over the keys. Please note the supplements for airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as the parking ticket fee.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We recommend that if the delay is longer than 30 minutes, you inform us as soon as possible. We will also check the flight status using the information you have provided.
How can I pay for my car rental in Mallorca with ROIG's offers?
You can pay for the service by credit card or bank transfer. Payment will be made upon confirming your reservation.
What is the minimum age to qualify for ROIG Rent a Car offers?
Anyone wishing to book a transfer with ROIG Premium must be over 18 years of age.
