Smartlock procedure (Airport delivery)
WELCOME TO MALLORCA!
We are looking forward to you picking up your car and starting to enjoy your stay on our wonderful island. Below are the instructions to find your vehicle at Palma de Mallorca Airport with our Smartlock system and start your rental:

- Once you have your luggage, exit the building through door 4 (image 1) and head to the parking building, located right in front of the terminal, via the pedestrian walkway (image 2).
2. Once inside the parking building (image 3), go up using the escalator or the elevator (image 4) to the floor where your vehicle is parked. You must check the link you received on your phone to find the location of your car.
3. When you are on the correct floor (image 5), pay attention to the letters painted on the columns (image 6) and the numbers painted on the ground at each parking spot (image 7).
4. Check that the license plate of the vehicle parked in the indicated spot matches the license plate assigned to your reservation (image 8). Then, follow the steps in the link to complete the rental process. Once in front of the vehicle assigned to your reservation (image 8), follow the instructions to complete the rental process with our Smartlock system. You can find the check-in button in the booking confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the license plate of the parked vehicle matches the license plate assigned to your reservation.
5. Remember that if you haven’t finished uploading all the required documents, you will need to do so in order to unlock the vehicle. Sometimes, due to limited coverage at the airport, this process may take a few minutes. We recommend completing this process before your arrival in Mallorca, but if you haven’t done so, we kindly ask for your patience. If you are unable to upload the documents, please contact info@roig.com or call (+34) 971 74 43 14.
6. Once you have unlocked the car, you will find the key and the parking ticket inside the vehicle’s glove compartment. Remember that you must pay the ticket amount at the automatic machines before exiting.
