How does it work?
If you’ve booked the SmartLock rate, you’ll be able to pick up and return your vehicle quickly and on your own, without visiting our office.

Pickup with Smartlock in Son Oms
On the day of your reservation, you’ll find your vehicle parked in our office parking lot.
You’ll receive a link in advance with all the information you need to locate the vehicle and unlock it using the SmartLock system.
Return with Smartlock at Son Oms
At the end of your rental, you must park the vehicle in the Car Return area at the entrance to our office.
Once you have parked the vehicle correctly, simply complete the return process by following the instructions provided in the link for the SmartLock service.
