How does it work?
If you’ve booked the SmartLock rate, you’ll be able to pick up and return your vehicle quickly and on your own, without visiting our office.

Pick-up in Cala Millor
On the day of your reservation, you will find your vehicle parked very close to our office, either on the same street or nearby.
Before your rental begins, you will receive all the information you need to locate and unlock your vehicle using the SmartLock system.
Drop-off in Cala Millor
At the end of your rental, you must park the vehicle as close as possible to our office.
Once you’ve parked correctly, simply complete the return by following the instructions provided for the SmartLock service.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Park only in legal parking spaces.
Make sure the vehicle is properly locked before completing the return.
