If you’ve booked the SmartLock rate, you’ll be able to pick up and return your vehicle quickly and on your own, without visiting our office.

Pickup with Smartlock in Cala d'Or
On the day of your reservation, you’ll find your vehicle parked very close to our office, either on the same street or in the surrounding area.
You’ll receive a link in advance with all the information you need to locate the vehicle and unlock it using the SmartLock system.
Return with Smartlock in Cala d'Or
At the end of your rental, you must park the vehicle as close as possible to our office.
Once you have parked correctly, simply complete the return process by following the instructions provided in the link for the SmartLock service.
