Smartlock Pickup/Return in Alcudia
How does it work?
If you’ve booked the SmartLock rate, you’ll be able to pick up and return your vehicle quickly and on your own, without visiting our office.

Our Alcudia office is located at: Avinguda Pere Mas i Reus, 34. Port d’Alcúdia · Mallorca
IMPORTANT: Parking is not permitted on Avinguda Pere Mas i Reus itself!!!
Pick-up in Alcudia
On the day of your booking, your vehicle will be parked close to our office, on one of the following streets:
- Carrer de Portugal
- Carrer de Luxembourg
- Carrer del Zoo
Before your rental begins, you will receive all the information you need to locate and unlock your vehicle using the SmartLock system.
Drop-off in Alcudia
At the end of your rental, you must park the vehicle as close as possible to our office on any of these designated streets:
- Carrer de Portugal
- Carrer de Luxembourg
- Carrer del Zoo
Once you’ve parked correctly, simply complete the return by following the instructions provided for the SmartLock service.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Park only in legal parking spaces.
Make sure the vehicle is properly locked before completing the return.
If you can’t find a spot on the recommended streets, park in the legal parking space to the office.
