Its fame is due to its gardens, which are some of the most important ones of Mallorca and were designed by an Italian sculptor Giovanni Lazzarini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1919 the proprietaries decided to add a dollhouse to the gardens and this inspired the writer Villalonga\u2019s novel &#8220;Bearn o La sala de las mu\u00f1ecas&#8221; (The Bearn or the doll\u2019s room).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nowadays the doors to the farm and its gardens are open for visits and additionally, visits to the building of the Centre of Interpretation of Serra de Tramuntana are also arranged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Raixa is a Possesi\u00f3 of Arabic origin at the foot of the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana, in Bunyola.
