In 1934 a Belgian painter opened the first hotel \u201cCala d\u2019Or\u201d and the village became a residence for creative painters and the tourism was acquired.<br>Cala d\u2019Or includes Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Serena, Cala Gran and Cala Llonga.
